At B Well Fitness we are all about total body wellness, not just fitness. Something that we offer are yoga classes and courses, with our yoga instructor Elaine O Neill.

Elaine is an experienced yoga instructor who works with individuals in one to one settings, works with classes and small groups, as well as leading the yoga courses that run regularly here at B Well Fitness Club.

We have many options available for those wanting to either learn or improve on their yoga practice. To give you a feel for what we offer please read on as we feel that we have something for everyone when it comes to working on your wellness through your yoga practice.

Yoga Flow – a relaxing gentle yoga flow class. Focusing on breath work, and gentle yoga poses to help alleviate pain and tightness in the body.


Mom & Baby Yoga – this is lovely gentle yoga class for new Moms and their little babies up to pre crawlers.


Power Yoga – this is a yoga class that’s focused on building strength and endurance. It is excellent form of yoga for burning calories. 


Pregnancy Yoga – yoga for moms to be. Suitable for second and third trimester. All new participants must contact elaine direct on 087-2023509 to discuss how many weeks and medical clearance.


Some of these are part of our regular weekly class schedule but some are offered only as a 6 week course so for more details on the schedule you can download the B Well Fitness Club app to check the class schedule or course options.
