We’ve designed this course to help improve flexibility, mobility and strength for golf specific movements and help you with your golf gains.

Take your training to the next level & increase your strength and power. Learn the fundamentals of Olympic lifting and compound lifts. Loose inches and gain muscle tone.

Eight week progressive programme:

Join Neilus for this six week plan to not only focus on diet but also your overall health and mindset for the New Year.

Six Week Programme Commencing Saturday 14th January at 11am 

  • Meal Plan & tools for habit change
  • Weekly check-in in person or online (weigh ins between 11am and 11.45am every Saturday morning)
  • 6 Week gym programme to follow
  • 6 Week Open Gym access (18 sessions in total)
  • 6 Group Class passes
  • This plan can be followed remotely, or if you are using your local gym.

The individual cost of the open gym sessions, progressive gym programme, nutrition plans, weigh-ins and classes would normally amount to €360 but this combined programme gives you HUGE savings – our special offer for this programme is €120, costing you just €20 per week.
