Welcome to B Well
We are a health, fitness and wellness studio in Killarney, Co. Kerry specializing in one to one personal training, small group training and fitness classes. Our classes include spinning, step aerobics, weights classes, strength and conditioning, gravity yoga, pilates and circuit training. We also run specialised classes for adventure race training, mothers with young children and a healthy aging class.
Our Open Gym is available to book by the session and we offer coaching psychology and sports therapy also from our studio at B Well Fitness Club at Unit 3 Countess Shopping Centre, Killarney.
For golfers of all levels, we have two qualified Titleist Performance Institute trainers who screen each golfer and then develop individual golf fitness programmes to help improve their mobility & flexibility to help improve their golf game. We use the practice range facility on our Skytrak golf simulator to give each golfer realtime feedback on what they have been working on during our sessions.
As well as our inhouse training we share content on our Facebook and Instagram pages as well as uploading workouts, nutrition advice, mindset tips and recovery advice on our Youtube channel.
For those clients that prefer to train at home we offer “At Home” training programmes & also 1 to 1 personal training sessions that we offer over Zoom.
