Open to everyone

We are a health, fitness and wellness studio specialising in one to one training, small group training and fitness classes. We also offer help with coaching psychology and sports therapy all under our roof at our premises at Unit 3 Countess Shopping Centre, Killarney.

As well as our inhouse training we share content on our Facebook and Instagram pages as well as uploading workouts, nutrition advice, mindset tips and recovery advice on our Youtube channel.

For those clients that prefer to train at home we offer “At Home” training programmes that we deliver online via our app. We offer 3 levels of training programmes, Levels 1, 2 & 3. They are easy to follow progressive programmes which can be done at home but may require a small investment in some weights like a set of dumbbells or a kettlebell.
