Our class schedule is updated regularly but includes spinning, step aerobics, weights classes, strength and conditioning, gravity yoga, pilates and circuit training.
We offer specialised courses such as yoga, weight training for women, and our extremely popular healthy aging classes aimed at the over 50’s. We also have balance & mobility classes designed for the over 70’s.
Our Open Gym is available to pre-book through the B Well Fitness Club app. Additional services include coaching psychology, golf-specific fitness & mobility training, and sports therapy, all provided from our studio at B Well Fitness Club, Unit 3 Countess Shopping Centre, Killarney.
