Our Co-Owner and trainer Edele Daly ran the Run Killarney Half Marathon in 2022, despite being only a year post-partum and having overcome pregnancy-related conditions plus the recovery from actually having a baby. 

For all the busy mums and parents who need a race preparation plan, well here is the format that worked for Edele. She’s honest in that she could train in the gym and in the classes at B Well, but apart from that, she didn’t get too much road time.
